Start with the section closest to the issue you are experiencing.

A widget is not updating

Open Widget Mixer and pull down on the data screen to refresh. iOS schedules widget updates at the system level, so a widget may update later than the data shown inside the app.

Codex, Claude, or mobile data is not updating

Open the service from “Add Data Source” in the app and check whether you are still signed in. The unofficial webpage-reading method may temporarily stop working when the service website changes.

Remove Google integration

Use “Remove Google integration from this device” on the Google account screen to delete local credentials and fetched display data. Google-side access can be revoked from Google Account connections.

Calendar, reminders, Bluetooth, and location

Each permission can be changed at any time in iPhone Settings. Other features remain available even if you choose not to grant one of these permissions.

Accessibility issues

Problems with VoiceOver labels or reading order, controls that cannot be operated, clipped text, and insufficient contrast are handled as product defects. Please include the device, iOS version, screen name, and task you were trying to complete.
