Information handled by the app

Widget Mixer brings multiple sources of information into an on-device dashboard and widgets. It stores display settings, quick notes, habits, anniversaries, garbage schedules, fetched usage values, and update times on your device.

Device permissions

Only with your permission, the app may access calendars, reminders, Bluetooth devices, and location. Location is sent to Apple WeatherKit only when weather is refreshed. Coordinates are not retained, and the app does not continuously or in the background track location.

Google user data

Google integration handles an account identifier, email address, display name, event names and times for the next seven days, and the unread count of the Gmail inbox. It does not retrieve Gmail message bodies, subjects, senders, or attachments.

Google data is used only to show the selected calendar events and unread count in the app and widgets. Credentials are stored in the device Keychain. This data is not sent to a server operated by the developer, sold, shared with advertising providers, or shared with data brokers.

Reading signed-in webpages

For services such as Codex, Claude, and ahamo, the app may read usage information locally from a webpage where the user has signed in. Login cookies remain in iOS WebKit storage and are not sent to a server operated by the developer.

Storage and third-party disclosure

Data is generally stored on the device, in Keychain, or in the App Group shared with the app's widgets. We do not use a developer-operated analytics server, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.

Deletion and revoking access

You can remove local Google credentials and fetched data from the account screen, revoke Google-side access through Google Account connections, and revoke device permissions in iOS Settings. Other local data can be removed through management screens or by deleting the app.
