SPARKEGG STUDIO Accessibility
Accessibility commitment
We aim to make the primary purpose of each product achievable across differences in vision, hearing, mobility, and cognition.
App release criteria
- Primary tasks can be completed with VoiceOver.
- Charts and color-coded information have spoken names, values, units, and states.
- Information and controls remain available with larger Dynamic Type sizes.
- Contrast is sufficient, and color is not the only way a state is communicated.
- System settings such as Voice Control, Switch Control, and Reduce Motion are respected.
- Primary user flows are checked on physical devices and with Accessibility Inspector.
Website criteria
This website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We maintain meaningful headings and landmarks, keyboard access, visible focus, resizable text, sufficient contrast, reduced motion, and clear link names.
Continuous improvement
We do not rely on automated checks alone. Manual checks with a keyboard, screen reader, and zoom are also part of our review. Accessibility issues are handled with the same priority as other defects, and issues that block primary functions are addressed before release.
Report an issue
Accessibility issues can be reported through each app's support page. Please include the device, OS version, assistive feature, screen name, and task you were trying to complete. You do not need to disclose a disability, health condition, or other personal information that is unnecessary for investigating the issue.
